Coaching with Sam

My name is Sam Veltre, an NBH-HWC Health and Wellness Coach. I focus on helping people with chronic autoimmune diseases, people needing a radical career change, or anyone looking to get back in touch with their intuition to guide them to be their best selves.

I steadfastly lend guidance and support on your journey best self by honoring you as the expert of your life. Each session is a collaborative and creative safe space for positive change while inspiring you to create achievable self-made goals or experiments creating long term change. You overcome life’s hurdles by tapping into your inner strengths, core beliefs, and successes. This is a priceless long term investment in yourself and your health.

A relationship with Sam looks like this

● Meet Sam: 20 minutes where I discuss what coaching is and is not, answer any questions about what we will accomplish together, and make sure we are a good fit.

● First one to three sessions: depending on your schedule, we will spend 30 to 90 minutes discussing Q&A results, identifying your improvement and wellness priorities to change and the underlying strengths, values, and motivators to change. With these you will develop a personal health and wellness plan to achieve your ideal self.

○ We will develop your ideal future self vision, and from there development mid term experiments (goals) and short term experiments (goals)

● In subsequent weekly (or bi-weekly) 30 minute coaching you and your coach review the progress toward your vision and goals, explore and resolve the most pressing issues, learn something new, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. You will enjoy plenty of ah-hah insights along the way.

He allowed me to see that there were many external resources I could utilize or rely on in order to increase my success with each goal I created. He also assisted me with identifying other ways to incorporate some medication or exercises/stretches throughout my day without feeling overwhelmed. With these coaching sessions I also learned how to be more receptive to challenges during my day that in the past may have negatively impacted my health and wellbeing.
